Crafted from domestically sourced glove leather, this material delivers a balance of durability, flexibility, and lightweight comfort. Originally engineered for baseball gloves, it offers exceptional resistance to friction and gradually softens with use, enhancing its feel over time. The leather is core‑dyed to ensure rich, consistent color throughout, then finished with a special oil treatment that creates a smooth, supple hand feel.

About the Leather – Japanese Glove Leather

Made from durable and supple Japanese glove leather, known for its lightness and strength.

Originally used for baseball gloves, this leather is highly resistant to friction and becomes softer and more comfortable over time.

Its rich color comes from the deep-dyeing process, in which dye penetrates all the way to the core of the leather.

Finished with special oils for added flexibility, it offers a soft, lightweight, and resilient texture that feels naturally smooth in your hand.

    • Natural leather is used, and features such as veins and wrinkles are part of its inherent character. Even within the same type of leather, variations in color, thickness, and texture may occur.
    • Leather color may shift when exposed to moisture.
